Rolanda is the owner and designated broker of Mattice Real Estate Group, LL.C, founded in 2010. Native to Seattle, Rolanda has extensive knowledge of Seattle, the characteristics of its distinct neighborhoods, and the greater Puget Sound region.  She also lived in neighboring Tacoma while attending the University of Puget Sound where she majored in Business and minored in English. In addition to her experience representing buyers and sellers, Rolanda is a real estate investor with Construction Management and real estate development experience. She sits on the board of the Central Area Development Association and is President of the Northwest Independent Brokers Association. In her spare time, she loves to travel and try new recipes.
